Karen has always enjoyed working with people. It is no surprise that many of her past clients have now become her friends. Building an incredible level of trust in a world where clients are extremely cautious is Karen’s prime goal. Karen has a marketing degree from the University of Northern Colorado. She has a strong background with new home construction and has worked with 5 new home builders here in our area. She also has a lot of experience working with distressed properties including short sales, bank owned and VA repo properties. These diverse experiences have given her many ways to help clients with different needs.
